Brooklyn Kitchen (2022) asks what happens when spaces of grief can be virtually reconstructed and reimagined, when they can surround us emotionally but not physically. Aggregating memories, moments, and objects from a site of family gathering and connection across several generations, "Brooklyn Kitchen" is a 3D-modeled environment that situates my late grandmother's kitchen somewhere between its past, present, and future, imbuing it with possibility.
